CECAFA | Change in fixture, KCCA to face Azam in opener.

CECAFA has made some changes in the fixtures of the CECAFA Kagame Cup.

KCCA FC has now been pitted in group B of the Clubs Cup alongside Azam FC a side they beat in the 2019 final, Messager Ngozi FC (Burundi) and KMKM SC (Zanzibar).

Group A has Young Africans (Tanzania), Big Bullets FC (Malawi), Express FC (Uganda) and Atlabara FC (South Sudan).

The tournament will run from 1st – 14th August 2021 and will be held in Daresalaam, Tanzania.

KCCA FC kickoff against Azam FC on Monday 2nd August, KMKM FC on Thursday 5th August both at Azam Complex and Messager Ngozi at Benjamin Mkapa Stadium on Saturday 7th August.

The best two teams in both groups will progress to the Semi Finals Tuesday 10th and Wednesday 11th August 2021.

The losers in the semifinals will play a curtain raiser to fight for third place before the Final of the competition on Saturday 14th August 2021.
