Byekwaso | I demand more from my players

KCCA FC manager Morley Byekwaso has stated that he demands more from his players after the Stanbic Uganda Cup game against Busia United FC at Madibira Grounds, Busia.

KCCA FC were 1-2 winners against hosts Busia United FC and Byekwaso thinks his players could have put up a better show against the regional league side especially in the last 20 minutes of the game.

Two first half goals from skipper Gift Ali and Charles Lwanga are all KCCA FC needed to progress to the round of 32.

Morley Byekwaso spoke to www.kccafc.co.ug shortly after the game in Busia and said;

I want to thank my players for the effort they showed today but I am not impressed with the display especially in the final 20 minutes of the game. I give credit to the hosts (Busia United FC) for the performance they have showed against us. The competition has showed us that we no longer have underdogs. The last 20 minutes of the game had them take control of the game but that is cup football. We shall pick the positives from the result today and what is important is that we have progressed to the next round.
