Three KCCA FC players have been named by Uganda Cranes Head coach Milutin Sredojevic in the 25-man squad that will travel to Sousse, Tunisia on 1st January 2023 for a training camp as preparations for African Nations Championship (CHAN).
The three are Moses Waiswa (Midfielder), Geofrey Wasswa (Defender), and Rogers Mato (Forward)
While in Tunisia, the team will have at least three friendly matches lined up with the aim of fine-tuning the players for CHAN.
Uganda is in Group B alongside the Democratic Republic of Congo, Senegal, and Ivory Coast.
This will be Uganda’s sixth at the finals of CHAN having played at the 2011, 2014, 2016, 2018, and 2020 editions.
