Former Kibuli Secondary School’s Juma Mutebi has been handed a senior team contract for a period of five years from 2023 – 2028.

The custodian was affiliated to one of our schools of excellence and during that time he had training stints with the KCCA FC senior side where he caught the Club’s attention thus being handed a senior team contract.

The goalkeeper reported together with other players for pre-season on Sunday 16th July 2023.

Mutebi spoke to this website about signing his first senior contract with KCCA FC;

It feels great signing for this club and it is an honor for me to serve and follow through the footsteps of some of the former Kibuli SS players that have played for KCCA FC like Allan Okello, Julius Poloto, Herbert Achai, Timothy Awany among others. I had training stints at the club last season and I guess the coaches were impressed with my performance. I want to continue to grow and develop into one of the best goalkeepers in the country and that is why I have signed a long-term contract. The environment here is great and am positive my fellow goalkeepers will help me to settle in.
