KCCA FC manager Mike Mutebi has indicated the team’s main target is to stay top of the table as the 2016/2017 Azam Uganda Premier League resumes on Tuesday February 7th 2017.
The reigning champions and current league leaders KCCA FC resume action at Phillip Omondi stadium against BUL FC and Mutebi insists the team has to keep winning games to maintain their stay at the top.
The team is prepared and ready to face BUL. We have had enough time to iron out the weaknesses we had in the first round and I believe the players are in the perfect mood to play
The coach of the year told www.kccafc.co.ug on Monday morning before insisting that there is no pressure in his team.
We are the current league leaders and we know there is pressure on us but we need to keep winning our games to maintain the grip at the top
The 2015/2016 coach of the year believes the players’ confidence levels are high ahead of the upcoming fixtures and are ready to deliver.

Joseph Ochaya,Geoffrey Sserunkuma and Timothy Awany who were part of the Uganda cranes team that played at the 2017 African cup of Nations in Gabon will be available for selection after returning to full training last week.
However, longtime absentees Jackson Nunda and Hassan Wasswa Dazo are still sidelined while Tom Masiko is on the road to recovery.
