Two times CECAFA Clubs Cup Champions KCCA FC has signed an open-ended partnership with Egyptian side El Gouna FC.
KCCA’s marriage with El GOUNA FC started when forward Allan Kyambadde crossed from Lugogo to the Egyptian side on a four-year deal but both clubs saw to it that furthering the relationship would be a win-win to both parties and thus have entered into an open-ended partnership.
The partnership ensures that KCCA FC and El Gouna FC shall have technical and knowledge transfer across the two clubs where exchange programmes that will see KCCA technical staff travel to Egypt for a week to learn and also share experience with El Gouna FC first team
The partnership further points out Youth players development. A chosen number of KCCA FC youth players from the soccer academy shall be handed a chance to go to El Gouna FC and do trials in their youth teams with possibility of a permanent switch if they impress El Gouna FC.
El Gouna who is the first party in this agreement will consult with KCCA FC regarding any Ugandan player offered to El Gouna.
Part of the agreement will have El Gouna host KCCA FC for a training camp in El Gouna.
El Gouna to send representatives on yearly basis to identify talents in KCCA FC youth teams as well as the first team.
The partnership also has a clause where both KCCA FC and El Gouna FC will share knowledge and expertise when possible.
The partnership is with effect from August 10th 2019 and is open ended. Thus Allan Kyambadde is the first beneficiary of this partnership.

The partnership is inline with our strategic plan key result areas like human capital development and strategic alliances and partnerships. We hope to have a grateful partnership with El Gouna.

We have entered into a partnership with El Gouna FC (Egypt) where both parties shall benefit. These kind of partnerships are in line with our strategic plan key result areas human capital development and strategic alliances and partnerships. This is a big leap forward in our growth as a club and we shall continue having more of these healthy partnerships that grow and develop our personnel. Now that we have a former player (Kyambadde) with El Gouna FC this will open doors for others he left behind at the club. We wish him the best and we trust he will represent us well.
KCCA FC now has a number of partnerships with different entities namely; USPA, Masaka SSS, Kibuli SSS, Jean Sseninde Foundation, Club Ambiance, Centure Cinema Uganda and now El Gouna FC.
