KCCA FC youth player Dominic Ayella was named the Most Valuable Player in the just concluded Federation of East Africa Secondary Schools Sports Association (FEASSSA) Games in Arusha, Tanzania.
Our School of Excellence Kibuli Secondary School football team won the boys’ football trophy and gold medal at the 2022 Federation of East Africa Secondary School Sports Association (FEASSSA) Games in Arusha city, Tanzania.
Kibuli overcame Kenya’s Highway Secondary School 2-0 during a mouthwatering final played at the Shiekh Amri Abeid Stadium on Friday, September 23, 2022.
Team captain Dominic Ayella scored a brace in the Final to inspire Kibuli Secondary School.
The first of Ayella’s goals was a beautifully struck free-kick from the edge of the goal area on 30 minutes and the second was a simple tap-in with 20 minutes to play.
Ayella, who is a graduate of the KCCA FC Junior Team is licensed to play for the senior side of KCCA FC.
The brace for Ayella took him to five goals in the competition, as he finished as the top scorer and was named the Most Valuable Player (MVP).
The Kibuli SS side had other KCCA FC youth players like Joseph Ogwang, Dennis Ssemujju, and Bahiira Katende
Ayella’s Kibuli SS also won gold in the Table Tennis and Badminton boys’ events.
