KCCA FC has made two inclusions on the CAF Champions League Squad, adding Bernard Muwanga and Gift Alli Abubakar to the register.
Initially, 28 players had been registered on the CAF Champions League squad for the 2018 season leaving a provision of two players to make the 30 mark that CAF demands.
Speaking to www.kccafc.co.ug, KCCA FC Manager Mike Mutebi had this to say.
As the technical team, we have added Bernard Muwanga and Gift Alli to the CAF Champions League squad for this season and we believe they will be wonderful inclusions for us. Muwanga is a leader, he has captained the National side and his former club plus he has marvelous position sense while Gift is that player that should have tied down a national team position year back but unfortunately, he did not. He now has a chance to prove himself here at KCCA FC.
The training sessions and build up games we have had have showed us what these two can add to the team and we are confident they will deliver.
KCCA FC travel to Tunisia on Saturday 14th July 2018 at 4pm and will play Esperance on Tuesday 17th July in the CAF Champions League, game day three.
