KCCA FC return to action in the Azam Uganda Premier League on Friday against The Saints FC at the champions stadium in Mwererwe oozing with confidence.

Fresh from a convincing 7-0 victory against Onduparaka last week, the team takes on the Saints FC in high spirits and assistant coach Morley Byekwaso believes KCCA FC have an edge.

Of course it will not be an easy game but I believe we have an edge over them(Saints), The Saints are not the same team as they were last season. I think they are short of motivation which plays in our favor as we take face them tomorrow, “

The second in command also indicated that the players are physically and mentally ready to make sure KCCA FC earn maximum points.

We are prepared both physically and mentally to win tomorrow’s game, We shall use the same strategy we used to earn away wins against Lweza, BUL and Bright stars and I’m confident we shall earn victory

KCCA FC are top of the Uganda premier league table on 38 points, one above second placed SC Villa but with two games in hand.

The last meeting against Saints was on 20th September 2016. KCCA FC won 1-0 courtesy of Paul Mucureezi.

The tie will be the last for KCCA FC before the team flies out to South Africa for the first leg of 2017 Total CAF Champions League first round tie against Mamelodi Sundowns at the Lucas Moripe Stadium in Pretoria.
