Italian midfielder Mazengo Stefano Loro has come out to speak about his move to reigning CECAFA Champions KCCA.
The 26-year-old spoke to www.kccafc.co.ug in his first interview with the club
I am extremely happy to join KCCA FC. A very rich club in terms of history, legacy and talent.
The past couple of weeks of negotiations have showed me that this was the right place for me to be.
I can not wait to get started and repay the club the faith they have had in me.
Mazengo has played football in Kampala Kids League before and in Europe in Sheffield Hallam University Futsal team, Hellas Verona FC (Junior Side), Leovardia FC (Netherlands) and he acknowledges that he has to work hard in order to compete with the current players at KCCA.
I have trained with the team before a number of times and I know the kind of quality there is in this team. I know I have to work extra hard to nail down a spot in the team.
I have spoken to the Manager and I know where he wants me to play. He advised me on what I need to improve on and I am using this lockdown to work on most of those things.
My game is more of mental. I use more of my brain when playing and that is why I make quick and calculated decisions while on the field.
The fans should expect a very good display when the league resumes as I want to help the team achieve its objectives for the year.
Stefano Mazengo Loro will be playing as a defensive or central midfielder while at KCCA FC.
