KCCA FC were 2-0 winners against Onduparaka FC in the Final of the inaugural Pilsner Super 8 tournament played at Muteesa II Stadium, Wankulukuku
KCCA FC looked the better team from the onset passing the ball around and playing high pressing football that troubled the opposition in the genesis of the Final.

Patrick Kaddu seemed to have given KCCA FC the advantage when he found the back of the net but his efforts were fruitless after referee Ali Sabila cancelled the goal and cautioned him for foul play on custodian Nicholas Sebwato.
Ibrahim Sadam Juma made a thunderous attempt from 30 yards but the ball went inches wide. A minute later, Julius Poloto combined well with Allan Okello, the latter shooting straight into the custodian’s hands.
Three minutes past the half hour mark, Sadam broke the deadlock with a beautiful free kick that skipped the entire defense line and into the net leaving the opposition custodian flatfooted and in disbelief.

Three minutes later Allan Okello pinged the ball in the net to double the lead from a sweeping move down the right flank that had Nunda and Poloto involved in the buildup.
After recess, KCCA FC gaffer Mike Mutebi introduced Muzamir Mutyaba and Gift Ali were introduced for Kaddu Patrick and Lawrence Bukenya respectively in a bid to have more free flowing football.

Mutyaba immediately showed his presence with a quick tap from Poloto’s cross but the ball went inches wide.
Earlier, Hassan Musana and Nunda got booked for fouls in quick succession, while Ikara pulled off two marvelous saves in a space of two minutes to keep KCCA FC in the driving seat.

Isaac Kirabira was introduced later for goal scorer Sadam and the midfielder immediately played a through ball to Nunda whose shot went inches wide.
