Defending Champions KCCA FC has been drawn in group A of the CECAFA Kagame Cup 2021 edition.
KCCA will play Le Messenger Ngozi FC (Burundi) and KMKM SC (Zanzibar)
Nine clubs will take part on this year’s CECAFA Kagame Cup that runs from 1st – 15th August in Tanzania
Pool B: Azam FC, Atlabara FC and Tusker FC
Pool C: Yanga SC, Nyasa Big Bullets and Express FC.
The best 8 ranked teams across all the groups will play the quarter finals. A draw will be done to this effect.
The 9th seeded team after group stages will be eliminated from the tournament.
CECAFA Official Auka Gecheo confirmed the development on Tuesday 27th July during the draws.
The best 4 teams after the quarter finals will play in the semifinals and the best two teams will then play in the final
