Mutebi revealed what he believe is will be able to get the side to the group stages of the tournament for the first time in the history of Uganda club football.

If the player continue with that, momentum confidence, focus and believe, we shall be able to negotiate the tie.

Over the years, Ugandan clubs have struggled to get results off teams from the Magreb, but the Mutebi asserts that, that’s an issue of old.

The Egyptians clubs of old used to play with a lot of authority, there not the kind anymore, we believe and play our way, and we wouldn’t find that resistance from them

The manager added that teams from the Magreb use the ball smartly, when KCCA FC play against teams that circulate the ball and use it intelligently teams from Uganda always suffer.

And that’s what the Ugandan league holders are trying to counter but also try to dominate play by having the ball.
