KCCA FC will play Bul FC in match day of the StarTimes Uganda Premier League.
This will be KCCA FC’s third away game this season in six games.
The 13 Uganda Premier League Champions have won three out of five games this season.
KCCA FC will be hoping to get back to winning ways after those back to back losses against SC Villa and URA FC in December 2020
The last time Bul FC hosted KCCA FC in Jinja, the former won 3-0. The reverse fixture was not played due to COVID 19 pandemic that led to halting of league.
Ahead of game day six, KCCA FC lie 5th on the log and a win could get the team advance in positions on log.
Team News
Teenagers Musa Ramathan, Sserwadda Steven, Kizza Bukenya, Kafumbe Joseph, Samuel Ssenyonjo and Andrew Kawooya are absent on National Duty in Mauritania.
Wingback Moses Kalanzi could earn his first start for KCCA FC. The former Denmark based player has not featured for KCCA FC this term.
The fixture comes early for Denis Iguma, Gift Ali, John Revita who are out nursing injuries
Midfield gem Bright Anukani is likely to start his first league game for KCCA FC. The young man’s only game in the league came as a substitute against URA FC in December 2020.
Forward Brian Aheebwa will also be hoping to increase his season’s tally. The number 9 has scored 7 goals in 5 league games.
Musana Hassan will be facing his former employers while Okot Denis, Ochora Walter and Musa Esenu are the three players in BUL FC that have played for KCCA FC before.
In the pre match reactions, Manager Mike Mutebi had this to say;
We want to get back to winning ways. We lost our last two games in the league. We have enough in our Armory to win. We want to win this one and get the momentum back. We must play, with belief and showing that we want to win.

We want to pick a decent result in Jinja. They have players who know us well. Okot, Ochora and Esenu were at KCCA FC for some time and know us quite well but we have a game plan.
To be honest we were so disappointed when we got out of CAF and we know we have to win games and keep going .
