KCCA FC take on Zanzibar’s KMKM FC in game day two of the CECAFA Kagame Cup.
KCCA FC will be hoping they can pick their first win of the tournament while KMKM who picked a point from their opening game against Le Messager Ngozi after a one all draw.
KCCA FC know a win gets them back in the bracket for a semifinal slot in the tournament.
The defending Champions will have to orchestrate a better game plan to pick three points in the tournament.
A similar situation happened in the tournament in Rwanda 2019 when KCCA FC dropped points in the opening game against Bandari FC but replied with two wins in the groups and later went on to win the cup after 41 years

All the players that started against Azam FC are physically well are in contention to make the team again.
New signings Emmanuel Wasswa and Brian Kayanja are a doubt after the pair picked up knocks before the first game of the tournament.
The club has 22 out of 24 players available for the game. It will depend on who the manager picks to represent the club against KMKM FC.

All we need to do is go for a win. We need to win to qualify for the knockout stages. The boys are now fired up. We missed many chances in the first game and we have tried to work on our finishing. The players have now acclimatized to the situations here. We are using the tournament as our pre season and we are slowly getting the players in the situation we want them to be in
