Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) Football club assistant manager, Morley Byekwaso has indicated that the team is in perfect condition ahead of the league game against Onduparaka on Saturday 4pm at the Philip Omondi stadium.

According to Byekwaso, the team has shrugged off the fatigue of the Total CAF champions league game against CD Primeiro de Agosto on Sunday and now focus shifts to league action.

“The players have fully recovered from the game we had on Sunday and they have all positively responded to the training sessions we have had in the last two days, apart from Derrick Nsibambi who is out with Malaria,” he told www.kccafc.co.ug

” Even the players that did not travel to Angola are in perfect shape and are all focused on the game against Onduparaka,” said the assistant manager.

Byekwaso is confident the preparations the team has had will enable KCCA FC overcome Onduparaka come Saturday.

“It is going to be a tough game because Onduparaka are a good team and we respect them but we believe we have prepared enough to defeat them,” Byekwaso indicated.

The assistant manager also believes the encounter avails an opportunity for KCCA FC to repay the first leg defeat in Arua, last year.
