Mutwalibi Mugolofa has renewed his contract with KCCA FC until the end of the 2026–27 season.
Mugolofa joined KCCA FC in January 2024 and penned a contract until the end of the 2023–24 season.
The FUFA Juniors League graduate, played the first round of the season at Jinja North FC before becoming KCCA’s first signing in the mid-season transfer window.
In the 2023–24 season, Mugolofa featured in four games for KCCA FC against UPDF FC, Wakiso Giants, URA FC, and Maroons FC. The shot stopper kept two clean sheets in the four games he played last term.
Mugolofa spoke to the club media upon his contract renewal and said,
I am happy to commit my future to KCCA FC. I have felt at home during my first six months at the club and I did not think twice about my contract renewal. I want to compete and become an important member of this club. When I joined the club, I set goals for myself and part of those were to get back to my very best. The club has offered me an opportunity and I want to continue competing with other good goalkeepers at the club. I am happy with the philosophy at the club so far and I am ready to go again
