Moses Waiswa Ndhondhi has inked a two-year deal with KCCA FC from June 2022 to June 2024.
The former SuperSport United attacking midfielder joins the Cityzens as a free agent after he played out his contract at his former side.
Waiswa, 25, has previously played for Vaxjo United FC and Syrianska FC in Sweden.
Ndhondhi also played at Vipers SC before joining SuperSport United FC in 2019.
Waiswa becomes KCCA FC’s first signing ahead of the 2022/23 season.
He steps into his father, Ali Waiswa’s footsteps who also previously played for KCCA FC.
Waiswa, who is also a previous winner of the FUFA player of the year award, can play as an attacking, central, and defensive midfielder and his versatility will give Head Coach Morley Byekwaso quite some options in the midfield.
Ndhondhi possesses good passing skills, a trait that is key for any player at KCCA, especially in the midfield.
Waiswa’s first assignment with KCCA FC will be in the Nkurunziza Peace Cup as the midfielder is expected to travel with KCCA FC next week to Burundi from 22nd to 27th June 2022.
Waiswa’s contract runs until June 2024 but with an option to extend it for another year until 2025 if both parties agree by mutual consent.
