KCCA FC gaffer Mike Hilllary Mutebi has commended his players’ display in recent league encounters against Onduparaka FC and BrightStars FC.
The manager spoke to www.kccafc.co.ug and said;
I am happy we are winning comfortably and convincingly. This is so because we are playing “our way” and we are not compromising our playing style because of how our opponents play. We will keep trying again and again until we perfect it. Mutebi said.
What is even more encouraging is the players are enjoying themselves on the field of play. It is one thing winning and another being in charge of the game.
Teams now play against us like it’s a do or die and this is so because we have set the agenda. Teams now play three at the back like we do. However,I am happy about Ugandan football, teams trying to play. We have always been searching for an identity as a nation and you can see now clubs are trying to play. Credit goes to the coaches of the various clubs for the effort they are putting in to have this happen. He added.
Mutebi’s side will face Mbarara City FC next on Wednesday 31st October at StarTimes Stadium, Lugogo in match day five of the 2018/19 season.
