Following an investigation into the personal conduct of Mr. Sam Bamweyana Ssimbwa, the FUFA Ethics Committee, on the 14th of April 2016, resolved to suspend him from all football related activities for a period of eight (8) months on account of professional and ethical misconduct in accordance with Article 9 (1) of the FUFA Code of Ethics.
The Executive Committee of the KCCA FC has, therefore, determined that Mr. Sam Bamweyana Ssimbwa’s Contract for the provision of managerial services to the Club was frustrated, as a result of the said suspension, and thereby deemed “unenforceable”.
Accordingly, Mr. Sam Bamweyana Ssimbwa has been relieved of all duties, privileges and obligations, as the Assistant Manager to KCCA Football Club, with immediate effect.
The Management of the KCCA Football club wishes to thank Mr. Sam Baweyana Ssimbwa for his service at the club and wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors.
