CAF has confirmed that four Eswatini nationals and one South Sudan national will officiate the CAF Confederation Cup second preliminary round first leg game between KCCA FC and Paradou A.C at Startimes Stadium, Lugogo on Sunday 27th October 2019.

Thulani Sibandze will be the referee and shall be assisted by Sifiso Nxumalo and Petros Mzikayifani Mbingo as the first and second assistant referees.

Thembinkosi Njabulo Dlamini will be the fourth official while South Sudan’s Begi Rasas Sebit Librato Librato will be the Match Commissioner.

The first leg will be played in Kampala on Sunday 27th October while the second leg will be played in Algeria on Sunday 3rd November 2019 a week later.

The club that emerges the winner on aggregate over two legs will qualify for the group stages of the CAF Confederation Cup while the loser will bow out of the competition for this year’s edition.
